As an essential healthcare provider, we have been able to remain open during the pandemic, please be reassured that we continue to closely monitor the public health authorities guidance to ensure that we keep our service users, volunteers and staff safe.

As we ease out of lockdown, we are hoping to continue to open more venues for NHS Hearing aid cleaning and re-tubing, as well as continuing to resume our other services.  All of our sessions for hearing aid maintenance will remain by appointment only for the foreseeable future and you must pre book, we cannot accept any ‘walk-in’s’.

Our NHS Hearing Aid Maintenance sessions are now running by appointment at 11 venues across Essex.  Please visit our NHS Hearing Aid Support Service pages to find our current venues and how to book.
