Volunteers

Do you have a few hours to spare each Month?
WOULD YOU LIKE TO JOIN OUR SMALL FRIENDLY TEAM?
WOULD YOU LIKE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO LOCAL RESIDENTS?
We are always on the lookout for passionate individuals to
volunteer in a number of different roles at Hearing Help Essex.
Volunteer roles include:
Hearing Aid Support Service technical volunteers for sessions and home visits
Hearing Aid Support Service ‘Meet & Greet’ hosts for large sessions.
Admin/Office support.
Photographer (an occasional role)
Ambassadors to help with presentations and information stands. Help our Outreach Workers, when they are doing talks and displays. Chat to people and make sure they get the advice they need.

Volunteers can help at the Resource Centre with general administration tasks, or organise fund raising events for us. If you have an idea of a way you might be able to help us please do contact us to discuss.

A DBS check is required for most volunteering activities, full training will be given in all cases. We will pay your out-of-pocket expenses .
